雙CD大碟【She Who Dwells…】，專輯蒐藏她歌唱生涯罕見唱作、單曲B面、選輯裡的歌曲以及初次曝光的作品，外加「Regina Caeli」、「A Hundred Thousand Angels」、「A Big Bunch Of Junkie Lies」、「Song Of Jerusalem」、「Fili & Fillae」等五首全新灌錄的歌曲，CD 1還輯錄了翻唱ABBA招牌作「Chiquitita」、Aretha Franklin唱紅的美國南方靈魂極品「Do Right Woman」，以及有別於Nazareth悽苦演唱經典版本，以流暢風格傳唱的傷情之歌「Love Hurts」，跟B-52合唱團名曲「Ain't It A Shame」，專輯裡還有與Massive Attack合作的「It's All Good」，與享有「21世紀Midi戰士」美名的Asian Dub Foundation合作的「1000 Mirrors」，以及跟U2名製作人Brian Eno的合作作品。
CD 2則是錄製於2002年10月在都柏林「Vicar Street」的現場演唱實況錄音，歌單涵?2年專輯「Sean-Nos Nua」，以及一鳴驚人冠軍招牌作「Nothing Compares 2 U」，跟榮獲金球獎提名的「以父之名」主題曲「You Made Me The Thief Of Your Heart」…等。
